Job Title: Junior HR Executive
Job Summary: As a Junior HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and providing support for HR initiatives. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources while contributing to the smooth operation of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and introduction to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and electronic filing systems.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and training activities.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions as required.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys, collecting feedback, and analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or internship, preferably in HR.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of human resources.
