Job Overview:
The Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the Heritage Renal Edge dialysis unit. This role ensures the optimal utilization of resources and operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and administrative functions. The Centre Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve growth, operational excellence, and profitability. Additionally, the individual will oversee team management, inventory control, patient engagement, and contractual obligations.
The Centre Manager will have the responsibilities that shall not be limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Unit Establishment & Infrastructure Management:
· Supervise the establishment of dialysis units, including civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior works.
· Supervise the installation and commissioning of critical equipment, such as the RO plant, dialysis machines, dialyzer reprocessing units, air conditioners, generators, and other necessary infrastructure.
· Ensure the dialysis unit is operationally in coordination with the Lead Dialysis Technician.
· Submit daily progress reports to the Zonal Manager/ Operational Manager, Renal Edge, and relevant stakeholders daily by 2 p.m. for the preceding day.
2. Operational & Administrative Management:
· Act as the overall administrative in-charge of the dialysis unit, ensuring 100% compliance with operational SOPs and security measures.
· Ensure patient registration (both physical and digital), including OTP for patient verification, is completed within 30 minutes of arrival and follows hospital referral protocols.
· Develop and manage dialysis schedules to ensure zero backlog and efficient patient throughput.
· Maintain error-free documentation, including patient records, daily check reports, and weekly monitoring sheets, ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Implement SOPs and ensure adherence to contractual obligations within the unit.
· Monitor staff attendance, grievances, and leave management, ensuring a minimum 90% staff availability at all times during the given operating shift.
3. Patient Care & Compliance:
· Verify that all new patient registrations adhere to referral and clinical/pathological investigation guidelines, ensuring 100% compliance with lead dialysis technicians and doctors.
· Ensure accurate classification of patients into seropositive and seronegative categories, aligning schedules to optimize machine utilization above 85%.
· Conduct psychological evaluations and patient counseling within 48 hours of admission.
· Maintain strict hygiene protocols, ensuring infection control standards are met 100% of the time.
· Address all compliance-related issues with health authorities within 24 hours of identification.
4. Inventory & Financial Management:
· Ensure stock levels of consumables are maintained at a minimum 60 days’ requirement.
· Supervise procurement and maintenance schedules, ensuring zero downtime of critical medical and non-medical equipment.
· Maintain 100% accuracy in billing, petty cash handling, and budget reporting.
· Implement cost-control measures to achieve at least 10% savings in operational expenses without compromising patient care.
5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain professional relationships with hospital management, government health officials, and vendors, ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction.
· Conduct biweekly team meetings to create a positive and productive work environment.
· Organize quarterly community awareness programs to increase patient referrals.
6. Quality & Compliance Management:
· Ensure 100% compliance with NHM standards, audit requirements, and internal documentation guidelines.
· Address all non-compliance issues within 7 days and implement corrective actions.
· Conduct monthly internal audits to ensure service standards meet a minimum 95% compliance with quality parameters.
7. Additional responsibilities:
· Ensure ethical conduct and responsibility in center operations, patient care, and financial management.
· Manage budgets, petty cash handling, and cost optimization while maintaining quality care.
· Develop a supportive and stress-free environment for both patients and staff to improve service efficiency and staff retention.
Experience required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing healthcare operations, inventory control, liaison activities, and troubleshooting, preferably within dialysis or critical care settings at business units or entities.
- Healthcare background will be an added advantage.
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Sociology, Healthcare, or Nursing).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
