Job Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team or department, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with company policies. This role involves leading employees, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and supporting the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of team members.
- Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve high productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Monitor work quality and implement improvements where necessary.
- Handle employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare work schedules and manage attendance.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in achieving departmental goals and meeting performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school, I.T.I diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business software.
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
