Growth Marketing Associate

About the role
I'm Palka Kejriwal, an independent growth marketing consultant working with D2C and consumer brands across India, UAE, and the US. I need a second brain in my Raipur office, someone who can think clearly, write well, and wants to learn and grow in Ecommerce Marketing. This is not a social media or ads execution role.
What you'll do
- Research and analyse data ahead of client calls
- Track action items and prep call agendas
- Research leads and draft first-cut proposals
What we're looking for
- Strong written English
- Can organize a messy document into something clear, without hand-holding
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and Docs
- Detail-oriented, catches errors before they go out
- Graduate, any discipline like Commerce, Engineering. Experience is not mandatory but willingness and ability to learn fast is important.
- Based in Raipur, full-time in office (Shankar Nagar)
Good to have
- Curiosity about AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Interest in marketing or brand strategy
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
