Job Summary
We are hiring Telecallers / Referral Sales Executives for a leading Real Estate organization in Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or Real Estate Sales who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote real estate projects and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through referral sales and telecalling.
- Handle customer inquiries and explain project details.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Build long-term customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC / Graduate.
- 1–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
