Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Manager who is passionate about search engine optimization and keeps up with the latest trends in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical SEO knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple client projects while leading a team of SEO professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies for Indian and international clients.
- Plan and implement SEO campaigns to improve organic rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
- Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and search engine best practices.
- Implement modern optimization techniques including SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimization.
Team Management
- Lead and manage the SEO team.
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily work progress.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train team members on the latest SEO techniques and AI-powered SEO tools.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned SEO activities.
Content Coordination
- Coordinate with the Content Writing Team for SEO-friendly content creation.
- Review content quality, keyword optimization, internal linking, and content structure.
- Suggest new content ideas based on keyword research and search intent.
On-Page & Off-Page SEO Coordination
- Coordinate with On-Page and Off-Page SEO executives.
- Monitor implementation of technical SEO recommendations.
- Ensure high-quality backlink building and authority improvement.
- Verify that SEO activities follow Google guidelines.
Client Project Management
- Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
- Monitor the SEO performance of all existing clients.
- Review ranking reports, keyword performance, traffic, indexing, and conversions.
- Identify ranking drops and prepare recovery strategies.
- Ensure all SEO tasks are completed according to project timelines.
Reporting & Analysis
- Review weekly and monthly SEO reports.
- Analyze Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and ranking reports.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to management.
- Monitor KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, impressions, and conversions.
Technical SEO
- Conduct website audits and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and website performance.
- Improve website crawlability and indexing.
- Implement schema markup, structured data, XML sitemaps, robots.txt optimization, and canonicalization.
- Coordinate with the development team for technical implementations.
