IT Infrastructure & End-User Systems
- Manage laptops, desktops, peripherals, operating systems, and standard software across the organization
- Ensure system readiness, configuration, and security compliance for all new joiners
- Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, email, VPN, network, and access-related issues
IT Asset & Vendor Management
- Plan and execute procurement of IT assets and software in line with company standards
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, AMC, warranty, replacements, and renewals
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, lifecycle records, and documentation
- Ensure asset recovery, return, or decommissioning during employee exits in coordination with HR and Finance
Network, Security & Access Control
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connections, routers, and firewalls
- Ensure antivirus, endpoint security, patching, and access controls are in place
- Create, modify, and deactivate user access for email, HRMS, shared drives, and internal tools
- Maintain access logs and support data security and compliance requirements
Operational Continuity & Compliance
- Ensure uptime and availability of IT systems supporting payroll, HRMS, and management operations
- Support audits, compliance checks, and internal IT governance requirements
- Implement and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and documentation
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and business teams to support onboarding, exits, and operational requirements
- Escalate risks, outages, or security concerns proactively with recommended solutions
- Work with external service providers when required to resolve issues efficiently
