Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Field Marketing Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will visit coaching institutes, training centers, and educational organizations to introduce the Learnees platform, explain its benefits, and onboard institutes as our partners. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and working in a dynamic field environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for visiting coaching institutes and educational organizations within your assigned city, presenting the value of the Learnees platform, and convincing institute owners and decision-makers to register and list their institutes. You will generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and relationship building while coordinating with the internal team to ensure successful onboarding and profile completion. You will collect the required institute information and documents, maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and onboarding activities, represent Learnees professionally during all client interactions, and work towards achieving monthly onboarding targets.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills along with strong interpersonal abilities. Candidates should be confident in face-to-face client interactions, self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is preferred. The role requires regular travel within the assigned city.
Eligibility
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in Sales, Field Marketing, Business Development, or the EdTech industry will be considered an added advantage.
