To dTo Develop FPS designs ensuring local and international codes & standards with optimal design solutions for the given building.
- Prepare schematic layouts, BOQs, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with other MEP teams and architectural teams for routing.
- Review vendor data and support commissioning documentation.
- Monitor the schedule and deliver as per the plan.
- ?Proficient in local codes and standards & Local CFO norms.
- Work experience in designing the Super high rise buildings.
- Experience in, Hydrant system, sprinkler system, detection and alarm system, Extinguishers, signages, water spary system, water mist system, Gas suppression system.
- Capable of handling the client and its representatives for the project dleivery.
- Knowledge on digital and sustainable practices.
