Job Title: Production Supervisor
Qualification:
- B.Tech Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 2–4 years experience in factories or manufacturing plants
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of production processes and plant operations
- Ability to manage production activities and workforce
- Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities in the plant
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule
- Monitor workers and maintain discipline in the production area
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations
Other Requirements:
- Should be willing to work on shift basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
