Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices to minimize product expiry and wastage.
- Issue materials to production, sales, or distribution as per approved requests.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification and reconcile inventory differences.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality teams for smooth material flow.
- Prepare stock reports, inventory reports, and MIS for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
- Supervise store staff, allocate work, and monitor performance.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damages, and losses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
