Executive – Internal Audit

Qualifications
1. B.Com / M.Com; CA /CMA Inter (added advantage)
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors.
3. Proven track record of conducting audits, identifying risks and reporting.
4. Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with team members and management.
5. Willingness to travel to branches and conduct audits as required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute audits in collaboration with team members, ensuring thorough coverage and adherence to audit protocols.
2. Ensure timely and periodic submission of audit reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
3. Oversee the resolution of identified issues, working closely with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
4. Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey audit findings and recommendations to team members and management, facilitating informed decision-making.
5. Work on identified risk areas to ensure zero audit risks within the organization.
