Role Overview
We are seeking an Tele sales Executive to support prospective students by providing accurate information about academic programs and assisting them throughout the admission process. The role involves communicating with students, understanding their educational requirements, and helping them make informed decisions regarding available courses.
Key Responsibilities Student Interaction
- Respond to student inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational goals and provide relevant guidance based on their requirements.
Program Information
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fee structure, and program schedules.
- Share accurate information about available learning options and related services.
Admission Assistance
- Guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process.
- Conduct timely follow-ups regarding applications and pending documentation.
Student Support
- Address student queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience.
Documentation & Records
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and application status using internal systems.
- Ensure data is updated regularly and handled confidentially.
Team Collaboration
- Work with academic and operational teams to support daily admission-related activities.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in customer service, academic counselling, admissions, telesupport, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented admission support environment.
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
