Key Responsibilities:
- Source Candidates: Search for job seekers on professional networks, job boards, and social media.
- Screen Resumes: Read incoming job applications and pick the best profiles for open roles.
- Conduct Initial Calls: Talk to candidates on the phone or via video chat to check their basic skills and interest.
- Schedule Interviews: Set up meeting times between the candidates and company managers.
- Maintain Records: Keep our applicant database and hiring sheets neat, clean, and up to date.
