We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth sales operations. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to help achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily sales activities and operations.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, presentations, and performance dashboards.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
- Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, contracts, and documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Organize sales meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
