India Health Link is building a new multi-tenant Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) designed to serve multiple hospitals through a single platform.
This is a greenfield product with a core platform that operates independently, while Artificial Intelligence features are delivered as optional plug-ins. Our first pilot hospital is planned to go live within six months.
Technology Stack:
TypeScript, React, TanStack Query, Vite, NestJS, PostgreSQL 16, AWS and Playwright.
You will work on a large, forms-heavy hospital application covering areas such as:
-
Patient registration and front office
-
Outpatient workflows and queues
-
Billing and cashier operations
-
Laboratory and radiology
-
Pharmacy and stores
-
Administration and master data
You will also help build reusable frontend foundations that can support more than 200 screens across multiple hospitals.
This includes:
-
Shared React components and reusable UI patterns
-
Design tokens and hospital-specific theming
-
High-performance forms and data-heavy screens
-
UI extension points where optional AI plug-ins can display recommendations
-
Keyboard-first workflows designed for staff working continuously throughout the day
-
Reliable print layouts for hospital documents and operational workflows
-
Build production-grade applications using React and TypeScript.
-
Develop complex forms with nested fields, conditional logic, validation and autosave.
-
Build responsive, reusable and maintainable UI components.
-
Work with large datasets and optimise screens for speed and usability.
-
Own frontend data-fetching, caching, server-state and optimistic-update patterns.
-
Make appropriate decisions about local, server and global application state.
-
Improve frontend performance using techniques such as virtualisation, memoisation and bundle optimisation.
-
Measure performance before making optimisation decisions.
-
Work directly with designers and translate Figma designs into practical production interfaces.
-
Challenge designs constructively when they may negatively affect usability or workflow efficiency.
-
Meet agreed accessibility and frontend performance standards.
-
Write component and frontend tests.
-
Support the QA Engineer's Playwright automation suite.
-
Build and maintain print-friendly layouts.
-
Participate in code reviews and work within a trunk-based development process.
-

-
Understanding of caching, invalidation and optimistic updates.
-
Experience working on frontend performance for data-heavy applications.
-
Ability to work effectively from Figma designs.
