Responsibilities
- Develop creative designs for digital and print media, including social media creatives, branding, marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and campaign assets.
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with copywriters, client servicing, and creative teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, emailers, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Create and adapt artwork across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining consistency.
- Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare final artwork for production and coordinate with vendors whenever required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in an advertising agency or media house.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and convert them into impactful designs.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
