Responsibilities
- Prepare and Cook continental dishes according to recipes.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Maintain inventory and stock levels.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Support in menu development and planning.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in culinary arts.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in continental cuisine.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
