Role Overview:
This exciting role of a Specialist/Lead - Ad Operations that requires you to creatively manage digital media campaigns for our global brands. Your expertise of ad tech and knowledge of the Digital Market Cycle would make you a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Top Global brands and own large and reputed accounts.
Responsibilities:

Manage end‑to‑end digital campaign setup, QA, trafficking, monitoring, and troubleshooting across major ad‑serving platforms including CM360, Innovid, and Adform.

Ensure delivery excellence by maintaining quality standards, resolving tracking and tagging issues, and supporting process improvements through proper documentation.

Collaborate with global account managers, internal teams, and onshore partners to enable seamless execution and communication across markets.

Provide subject‑matter expertise on ad‑tech, platform workflows, verification, and campaign best practices to support scalable delivery.

Leverage analytics and reporting tools to deliver performance insights, optimize campaign outcomes, and provide data‑driven recommendations that enhance media effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Working knowledge of tracking pixels and pixel management, including implementation, testing, and monitoring of conversion/event pixels across digital platforms to support accurate campaign tracking and performance measurement.

Lead and mentor a team of Ad Operations Analysts and Associates, providing guidance on campaign execution, troubleshooting, and best practices across ad-serving platforms.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for campaign data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present insights effectively using PowerPoint.

Leads being a 1st time people manager role are expected to take on early level people management tasks along with project management. Similarly Specialists are expected to play a similar role of being the project lead along with being the SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

A full-time graduate degree

6–8 years of hands on ad operations experience spanning campaign setup, trafficking, QA, reporting, and optimization across digital channels.

Strong working proficiency on multiple ad servers (CM360 experience is a must) and also exposure to additional platforms like Innovid or Adform.

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex ad‑serving, tagging, and tracking issues with strong analytical and root‑cause problem‑solving capability.

Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, onshore partners, and support critical client‑related conversations.

Strong command of Excel / data interpretation and comfort working within structured workflows and quality assurance processes.
