1. Oversee end-to-end finance and accounts functions of Chopasni Shiksha Samiti and all its managed institutions.
2. Prepare and monitor annual budgets, fund flow statements, and financial projections; ensure effective cost controls.
3. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other applicable laws.
4. Ensure compliance with financial norms, reporting requirements, and audit obligations prescribed by CBSE and other affiliating boards (CBSE / RBSE / any other statutory education authority).
5. Manage statutory, internal, and special audits; coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
6. Establish, review, and strengthen financial SOPs, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
7. Monitor cash flows, surplus management, banking operations, and loan accounts.
8. Provide periodic MIS, financial analysis, and reports to the Management, Finance Committee, and Board.
9. Support management in financial decision-making related to capital expenditure, infrastructure projects, and new initiatives.
10. Lead, guide, and supervise the finance and accounts team across institutions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
11. Liaise with banks, government departments, and external stakeholders as required.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
