Position: Tele Caller / Sales Coordinator
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
· Contact prospective clients through telephone calls and follow-up communications.
· Generate appointments and schedule meetings for the Sales & Marketing team.
· Promote NTV Digital advertising, branding, and marketing solutions to potential clients.
· Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
· Coordinate with the Sales team for client requirements, proposals, and business closures.
· Prepare and maintain daily call reports, lead status reports, and customer databases.
· Follow up on quotations, proposals, payments, and service-related matters.
· Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
· Maintain records in Excel sheets, CRM systems, or other company software.
· Achieve monthly lead generation and business support targets.
Required Qualifications
· Any Graduate.
· 2 to 5 years of experience in Tele Calling, Sales Coordination, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development.
· Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English.
· Hindi speaking ability will be an added advantage.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email Correspondence, and Internet applications.
· Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
