We help brands create and scale campaigns through AI-generated content, creator distribution, editor workflows, and managed campaign execution in one unified platform. Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and curious Business Development Intern to help us grow Miragen AI’s brand partnerships and outbound pipeline. You will work closely with the founders/team on lead generation, outreach, partnership conversations, market research, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, especially D2C brands, startups, and marketing teams
- Build lead lists and support outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls
- Qualify prospects by understanding their content, campaign, and growth needs
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with interested leads
- Support partnership efforts with brands, agencies, creators, and other ecosystem players
- Maintain and update CRM, outreach trackers, and pipeline reports
- Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and partnership documents
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights to help improve positioning and strategy
Who You Are
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with prospects
- Interested in startups, AI, marketing, creator economy, or brand growth
- Good at research, organization, and follow-through
- Familiar with Google Sheets/Excel and basic outreach tools
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
Good to Have
- Prior internship experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or marketing
- Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting
- Basic understanding of D2C brands, influencer marketing, or creative agencies
