Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QC Manager to oversee and manage quality control activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in construction quality standards, inspections, material testing, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct quality inspections, audits, and site assessments.
- Review material inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to address quality-related concerns.
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Lead and guide QC engineers and inspection teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 12–15 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within the Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing methods, quality systems, and site inspections.
- Experience in handling large-scale construction projects.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
