Key Responsibilities
- Manpower Planning: Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and prepare recruitment plans.
- Sourcing: Post jobs on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed. Use referrals, consultants, and social media to build candidate pipelines.
- Screening: Shortlist resumes, conduct telephonic/HR screening, and assess candidates for role fit and culture fit.
- Interview Process: Schedule interviews, coordinate with panel members, share feedback, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Offer & Negotiation: Release offer letters, negotiate compensation, and close positions within TAT.
- Onboarding: Complete documentation, background verification, and coordinate joining formalities with new hires.
- Database & Reporting: Maintain candidate database, track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and submit weekly/monthly MIS.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring is done as per company policy and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
- Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment, preferably in automobile sector
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on with ATS, Excel, and job portals
- Attributes: Target-oriented, ability to handle multiple positions, and good follow-up skills
