Job Responsibility
- Manage cutting, stitching, finishing & packing operations
- Handle daily production planning & line efficiency
- Ensure quality control as per buyer/export standards
- Supervise dispatch planning & export documentation
- Lead and manage 50+ workers & supervisors
- Monitor production, wastage & on-time delivery
- Experience in garments/textile/home furnishing industry preferred
- Knowledge of MS Excel & ERP tools required
- 5–10 years of production/factory management experience preferred
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
