What you’ll actually do:
- Break into target accounts through LinkedIn, cold email & calling
- Start real conversations with decision-makers (not just pitch)
- Understand hiring needs & qualify genuine opportunities
- Run structured follow-ups — because timing creates deals
- Book high-quality meetings that actually move forward
- Share market insights that help close business
What you’ll own:
- Identifying the right companies & stakeholders
- Qualifying based on business potential, not just interest
- Building a pipeline that is active, engaged, and conversion-ready
- Keeping prospects warm until they’re ready to buy
What we’re looking for:
- 3–6 years in Lead Generation . comfortable for 6pm- 4am onsite role
- Strong outbound mindset (if you wait for leads, this isn’t for you)
- Hands-on with tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Snov, etc.
- Clear, confident communication across channels
Pay: ₹10,133.38 - ₹45,379.30 per month
