Eligibility:

- Minimum 6 Months BPO/International Voice Experience
- Good English Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Comfortable with Flexible Shifts
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls professionally
- Understand and resolve customer queries
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Follow process and quality guidelines
Salary & Benefits:
