Make recruitment calls to job applicants — explain the role, screen candidates and schedule interviews (30+ calls/day during active hiring)
Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn and WhatsApp groups. Shortlist resumes and maintain the recruitment tracker daily
Vendor follow-ups — coordinate with vendors for stationery, IT, housekeeping & maintenance. Track invoices and submit to accounts
Office asset management — maintain asset register, report issues same day, manage office supplies and ensure the office is always neat and operational
Support onboarding of new joiners and assist Senior HR in day-to-day HR operations
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
