Role Overview
We are looking for a Research and Support Associate to help the organization run smoothly and efficiently. This is a foundational role that supports decision-making, operations, and day-to-day tasks across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Looking for people who have graduated from 2024-26
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor properties, pricing strategies, and customer insights
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and data organization
- Support the founder and team with operational and administrative tasks
- Track key metrics and prepare regular summaries
- Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Assist in identifying new opportunities for business growth
- Manage scheduling, communications, and internal coordination
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a research, support, or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Based in Hyderabad
