We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive business growth in assigned territories. The role involves visiting clients, identifying new opportunities, and promoting company products/services while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Experience- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of field sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet customers and promote company products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide product information and resolve customer queries.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Submit daily sales reports and visit reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate internally for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
Education- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
For Freshers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
- Basic understanding of sales or marketing is an advantage.
For Experienced Candidates (1–3 Years)
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales / technical sales / B2B sales preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and managing territories.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
