We are hiring a Project Coordinator to manage technology projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support product customers and service project clients. The role requires strong technical understanding, project coordination skills, and adaptability to AI-driven project management tools.
Coordinate project activities: assign and monitor tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery for technology projects.
Serve as a liaison between developers and users, clients and companies, and management and IT.
Define and document customer business functions and processes.
Extract, anticipate, constrain, organize, safeguard, simplify, and verify business requirements.
Define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input/output requirements, and levels of system access.
Analyze the feasibility of, and develop requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure system design fits user needs.
Track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications.
Assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
Contribute during different phases of project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Be proficient in technical documentation and understand technology enablers (AI tools, cloud platforms, APIs, ERP systems) to support business growth.
Must be from an IT background.
