About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and expand our business opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue and scaling operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop and execute business growth strategies
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven experience in sales or business development
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
MBA is a plus
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in IT services / social impact / startup ecosystem
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines
Strong networking abilities
