Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our waste management service portfolio by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting sustainable waste collection and recycling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate, commercial, industrial, and residential clients for waste management services.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, service agreements, and contracts.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure contract renewals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare business development and client activity reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in Waste Management, Environmental Services, Facility Management, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹40000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
