Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Ø Explore new business opportunities in industrial automation and vision inspection.
Ø Identify and convert potential leads into long-term customers.
Ø Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Ø Support the pricing strategy based on market conditions and company objectives.
2. Client Relationship & Communication
Ø Develop rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
Ø Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring satisfaction and customer delight.
Ø Communicate technical and commercial information clearly.
3. Market Analysis & Strategy
Ø Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Ø Forecast and plan sales in specific regions.
Ø Identify marketing opportunities by mapping consumer requirements to company capabilities.
Ø Project sales volumes for existing and new products, ensuring profitability.
Ø Provide insights on supply chain and risk mitigation from a business perspective.
4. Internal Collaboration
Ø Work as a team player with internal and external stakeholders.
Ø Share feedback with product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience:
Ø Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering
Ø 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in automation, CNC machines, metrology, or industrial equipment
Technical & Domain Requirements:
Ø Knowledge of measuring instruments and metrology.
Ø Experience in CNC Milling, CNC Lathe, Sliding Head machines sales.
Ø Understanding of industrial automation and special-purpose machines.
Ø Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and local language.
Additional Requirements:
Ø Own a two-wheeler with a valid license.
Ø Bring your own device (laptop/mobile); company will provide if not available.
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
