- Bill of Quantities (BoQ): Creating the Bill of Quantities, a critical document that lists all materials and work items required for the project, used as a basis for tendering.
- Tender & Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract documents and tender packages to secure the best possible deals from contractors and suppliers.
- Cost Control: Monitoring real-time project expenses against the budget, identifying potential savings, and managing "variations" (changes to the original design) and their impact on costs.
