Electrical Department Executive - Roles & Responsibilities
1. Processing Order & Planning
* Accountability of Electrical department
* Receive daily MR (Materials Request) plan from production team
* Prioritize orders based on urgency, project requirement, and delivery schedule
* Plan picking, and dispatch activities as per TAT 24 to 48 Hours Outbound executives are responsible for managing MR fulfilment and timely dispatch of materials to production department
2. Picking & Dispatch
* Supervise picking of materials as per pick list / system (FIFO/LIFO)
* Ensure correct project, quantity, and material is picked
* Verify the dispatching quality and quantity and documentation before dispatch
* Coordinate vehicle loading and ensure proper stacking & safety
Ensuring materials are accurately picked and moved to the production area.
3. Documentation & System Updates
* Ensure ERP postings are completed in the same day
* Maintain a proper filling for manual MR and project MR issuing details
* Ensure 100% system vs physical stock accuracy
4. Inventory Control (Outbound Related)
* Maintain the account of Electrical cables in Heap-Track
* Physical Verification aforesaid materials in line with PIC on a monthly basis
* Track outward stock movement and update inventory in real time
* Report shortages, damages, or mismatches during dispatch
* Support cycle count and stock reconciliation
* Maintain materials accuracy and location discipline
Maintaining inventory records and reconciling variances is a key responsibility
6. Manpower & Operations Management
* Allocate manpower for picking and materials movement
* Monitor productivity and ensure optimum utilization
* Ensure adherence to shift targets and dispatch deadlines
Efficient manpower utilization is essential for smooth warehouse operations
7. Customer & Internal Coordination
* Conduct daily team meetings to review the previous day’s performance, including successes and failures.
* Motivate team members daily and address their concerns.
* Provide dispatch status updates to customers / KAM
* Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery
* Escalate issues affecting delivery timelines
* Respond to the customer e-mails within the same day or 24 hours
8. Quality, Safety & Compliance
* Ensure materials dispatched meet quality standards
* Follow proper packing standards to avoid transit damage
* Adhere to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines
* Ensure proper PPE usage and safe loading practices
* Highlight operational issues and improvement areas
10. Continuous Improvement
* Identify process gaps in dispatch operations
* Suggest improvements in layout, picking, or loading
* Support cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
