Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, trend-aware, and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content strategies, leveraging AI tools, tracking performance analytics, and driving meaningful audience growth.
This role requires someone who stays ahead of social media trends, understands platform algorithms, and can translate insights into impactful content that enhances brand visibility, engagement, and follower quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage and optimize brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content calendars.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
2. Trend & Algorithm Monitoring
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, updates, and new features.
- Identify trending topics, hashtags, audio, and viral content opportunities.
- Implement platform-specific strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
3. Content Research & Strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry research.
- Develop creative and high-performing content ideas aligned with audience behavior.
- Research engaging formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
4. AI & Automation Integration
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, and other automation platforms.
- Enhance content creation, ideation, and workflow efficiency using AI.
- Continuously explore and adopt new tools to improve productivity and performance.
5. Audience Growth & Engagement
- Develop strategies to grow relevant and targeted followers organically.
- Actively engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interaction.
- Improve audience retention and brand loyalty through engagement campaigns.
6. Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track key metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize content strategy and results.
7. Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
- Support influencer collaborations and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and marketing.
- Excellent research, trend-spotting, and content ideation skills.
- Basic understanding of design and video content principles.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports.
