Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientated business development executive to join our domestic sales team. This is a hybrid role involving both desk-based and field sales activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and passionate about building client relationships while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Identify and connect with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits as required.
- Deliver compelling presentations and communicate the company's offerings effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business communications.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and follow-ups using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (Mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident, smart, and professional personality.
- Comfortable with both office-based work and regular client visits.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, drafting emails, business proposals, and applications.
Eligibility
- Minimum Graduation/BBA/MBA from any relevant stream.
- Prior experience in business development or sales is preferred; however, motivated fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings within the assigned region.
