Job Description –
We are looking for an experienced Offset Supervisor to oversee offset printing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for machine supervision, production planning, manpower management, quality control, and minimizing wastage while ensuring timely job completion.
Key Requirements –
- Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and machine operations.
- Experience in 4-color offset printing.
- Ability to supervise production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Knowledge of print quality standards, colour matching, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in manpower handling and shift management.
- Ability to monitor production schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Focus on reducing material wastage and improving productivity.
- Preference for candidates residing nearby.
