Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, leading the store team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. The Store Manager will play a key role in achieving business goals while upholding the brand standards of MyMa – The Kids Store.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and product displays.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
