Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Sales Manager to lead and oversee the overall sales function of the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing multiple project sales teams, strengthening channel partnerships, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Sales Managers and project sales teams to ensure target achievement.
- Drive end-to-end sales operations including lead management, site visits, negotiations, closures, and collections.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, brokers, and investors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and conversion ratios.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, revenue projections, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and brand positioning in the market.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree , MBA Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets and managing large sales teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulatory frameworks.
