Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute local marketing strategies to meet enrollment targets. Manage fee collections and identify business opportunities.
Academic Operations: Ensure daily classes, training modules (e.g., IELTS, NEET, or tuitions), and faculty schedules run smoothly.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage faculty and administrative staff. Conduct performance reviews.
Student & Parent Engagement: Counsel prospective students, address concerns, and coordinate parent-teacher meetings to ensure satisfaction.
Administration & Reporting: Monitor branch expenses, maintain infrastructure, and prepare regular performance and MIS reports for senior management.
Ideal Requirements Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5+ years of proven experience in educational institution management, branch operations, or sales.
Skills: Strong leadership, target-oriented sales mindset, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, basic reporting tools, and MS Office Suite.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
