Position: Sales Manager
Location: Malappuram / Calicut, Kerala
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations in our premium imported marble and granite showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for high performance
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and high-value clients
- Provide expert guidance to customers on marble, granite, tiles, and related products
- Manage walk-in clients and convert leads into successful sales
- Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and client engagement activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marble, granite, tiles, building materials, or sanitaryware industry
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good network with industry professionals (architects/builders preferred)
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
