Key Responsibilities
Talent & Performance Management (60%)
- Develop and implement performance management systems, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks.
- Drive employee productivity, engagement, and continuous performance improvement.
- Identify high-potential employees and create talent development and succession plans.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and individual development planning.
- Design learning, training, and capability-building initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Analyze workforce productivity metrics and recommend process improvements.
Talent Acquisition (20%)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key positions.
- Build talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure quality hiring.
HR Operations (20%)
- Oversee employee onboarding, confirmations, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Support attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to Talent Management and Performance Management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to build a high-performance culture and drive organizational productivity.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
