Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who can independently manage digital marketing activities, generate qualified business leads, build brand presence, and support the sales team through effective lead follow-up.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Generate quality leads for industrial properties, warehouses, factories, and MIDC plots.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation and ROI.
- Manage company social media accounts and online branding activities.
Content & Design
- Create engaging social media posts, banners, brochures, reels, and marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Develop content for social media, website, email campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate video content and marketing materials as required.
Lead Generation & Follow-up
- Manage inbound leads generated through digital campaigns.
- Contact prospects, understand requirements, and qualify leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.
Branding & Marketing Support
- Support branding initiatives, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Canva or graphic design tools proficiency.
- Strong communication and lead follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM and lead management.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing activities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Real Estate, Industrial Real Estate, B2B Services, Construction, or Industrial Products will be an added advantage.
