Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team at Modulinea, Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and experience in interior, modular furniture, kitchen, wardrobe, or home improvement sales.
The role involves managing the complete customer journey—from lead generation and client consultation to project execution and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and sales inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads through references, site visits, architects, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, space, and budget.
- Present customized modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions.
- Coordinate with the design team for layouts, quotations, and project proposals.
- Conduct site visits whenever required.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Manage end-to-end sales from inquiry to project handover.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure timely project completion.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, furniture, interior design, real estate, or home improvement sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship management abilities.
- Basic understanding of modular furniture, materials, and interior solutions is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior solutions.
- Existing network with architects, interior designers, builders, or contractors will be an advantage.
- Passionate about delivering premium customer experiences.
