Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to lead and manage our recruitment function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and optimizing recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, networking, internal databases, and referrals.
- Conduct preliminary and detailed interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines, databases, and recruitment dashboards.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance overall hiring efficiency.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work on employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s talent attraction efforts.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring assignments.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, job portals, ATS, and social hiring platforms.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
