Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This role starts as a 3-month internship, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Create engaging captions, reels, and post ideas
- Coordinate with design and content teams
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new strategies
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Handle basic community management (comments, DMs, engagement)
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Good communication and writing skills
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of social media tools and analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
