Experience:
At least 5+years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and seller management systems.
