We are looking for a Senior React Developer with strong AI Chatbot development experience to lead the front-end and conversational interface development of our client chatbot implementations.
This role requires a combination of:

You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end chatbot solutions for customer service use cases
Key Responsibilities
React & Front-End Development
· Develop scalable and high-performance React-based chatbot interfaces
· Build intuitive conversational UIs for customer service automation
· Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly designs
AI Chatbot Development
· Design and implement AI-driven conversational workflows
· Develop rule-based, AI-powered, and hybrid chatbot architectures
· Configure and optimize NLP/NLU models for better intent recognition
Integration & Implementation
Integrate chatbot applications with:
· REST APIs and webhooks
· CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
· Backend services and databases
· Support full implementation lifecycle from development to deployment
Omni channel Deployment
Enable chatbot functionality across:
· Web applications
· Messaging platforms
· Voice and social channels
Performance & Optimization
· Improve chatbot response accuracy and UI performance
· Implement real-time chat capabilities
· Monitor and enhance user engagement metrics
Compliance & Security
Ensure chatbot solutions comply with
· GDPR
· DPDPA
· CCPA
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in chatbot development, conversational AI, or CX automation
· Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
· Hands-on experience with NLP/NLU frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Amazon Lex
· Experience building customer service chatbot solutions
· Strong knowledge of:
· Intent classification
· Entity recognition
· Conversational UX design
· Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and backend integrations
· Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with platforms such as:
· Sprinklr Conversational AI

· Knowledge of sentiment analysis and conversational analytics
